Sinterklaas Online lets children have a live, two-way video call with Sinterklaas. He listens, answers in real sentences and, with “Sinterklaas can see you” switched on, sees what they show him. Six languages, no app, from 5.99 euro.

- Live: Sinterklaas answers about three seconds after the child stops talking. Nothing is pre-recorded.
- Eight story calls of about ninety seconds: the wish list, the stocking, the countdown, Christmas Eve, the golden star, a birthday, the sleeping reindeer, and a first call.
- Camera option “Sinterklaas can see you”: Sinterklaas receives a photo every time the child speaks and can talk about a drawing or a costume. Photos are never stored.

The story
Most 'Sinterklaas calls' are pre-recorded videos with the child's name pasted in. Sinterklaas Online is different: the child talks, Sinterklaas listens and answers. Every call is a short story with a problem the child solves, and the detail the parent wrote beforehand is the key.
Behind Sinterklaas is a speech model that understands children in six languages and a face that is animated live. Parents can whisper hints Sinterklaas uses without the child hearing.
